We are at Via Vitali 10 in quiet Maderno. Shops and restaurants are a short walk; the lake promenade is minutes away. Every apartment has a kitchen. Pool and olive garden are shared. Car access is a village lane (about 2.4 m at the narrowest); on-site parking is €6/day and you reverse out of the gate.

Units for up to 3 guests (Ander, Bali, Suer, Vinessa, Peler, Ora) are compact with kitchen and bathroom, often with balcony, terrace or lake view. Castello, Lavino, Pizzocolo and Tramontana sleep up to 5. Pralta is garden-level: 150 m², up to 8 guests, private garden and barbecue — usually the best option if you need step-free access. There is no lift.
