How to choose an apartment for a Lake Garda holiday
Start with real capacity, kitchen needs, floor/stairs, distance to the lake and rules (pets, parking, check-in). Space and capacity
Count real beds. Our units for up to 3 guests suit couples or small parties; up to 5 for families or friends wanting two bedrooms where listed; Pralta up to 8 with 150 m² and a private garden. With small children, favour square metres and an easy floor.

Kitchen, independence and pace
Every apartment has an equipped kitchen. Thursday and Monday markets in Maderno help with shopping. If you want breakfast and restaurant service every day, a hotel (including sister Hotel Vittoria) may fit better.

Access and getting around
No lift — check the floor. Pralta is garden-level; others are first, second or terrace level. The lake is about 1 km on foot. Car access is narrow (about 2.4 m): watch the How to arrive video. Without a car, beach, town and ferry work well; longer day trips need more planning.

Rules to read first
Check-in 15:30–19:30, check-out by 10:00 (self check-in on request if arranged). Dogs €6/day, confirm when booking. Cancellation depends on the rate shown before payment; on the official flexible rate, free cancellation is until 7 days before arrival.
