Borgo Antico Apartments provides self-catering holiday flats and related services (pool, garden, bicycles, optional extras) in Toscolano Maderno on Lake Garda. Bookings via the official website use the Direct Book (Little Hotelier) engine.

Availability and rates shown on the booking engine are those valid at search time. The booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation.

Payment, deposit or card guarantee follow the options shown when you book on Direct Book and in your confirmation email. They may vary depending on the rate you choose.

Typical extras already listed on the site (unless your confirmation says otherwise): on-site parking €10 per stay; dogs €5 per day; tourist tax €1 per person per night, paid locally.

Check-in: 15:30–19:30. Check-out: by 10:00.

Keys are handed over on arrival. On request, if arranged in advance, we can organise self check-in for a different time.

Cancellation, refund and change rules depend on the rate you select when booking (for example flexible / refundable vs non-refundable). They are shown before payment and repeated in your confirmation. Those rate conditions apply: if you choose a non-refundable rate, cancellation or no-show is generally not refunded, except where mandatory law or a written agreement with the property says otherwise.

Guests must behave respectfully towards the property, other guests and neighbours.

Damage or loss caused by the guest may be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Valid ID documents are required on arrival for legal guest registration (Alloggiati Web).

Dogs are welcome at €5 per day; please tell us when booking so we can confirm availability.

On-site parking is €10 per stay, inside the residence. Access is via a village street (Via Vitali) about 2.4 m wide at the narrowest point; leaving means reversing out through the gate. Please watch the video on the How to Arrive page before you come.

We send promotional emails only with separate opt-in consent, for example: “I agree to receive marketing communications (offers, news and promotions) by email from Borgo Antico Apartments. Consent is optional and I can withdraw it at any time.”

Consent is not required to complete a booking and can be withdrawn anytime at info@borgoanticoapartments.com.

Italian law applies. Venue: Court of Brescia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
